I was referred to Vince at Basco and decided to give him a try. I was told he knows his Volkswagens. He did not disappoint. He was very helpful and was even able to solve some problems costing me less that what other shops told me had to be done. I am very impressed and will return!!

Had a tune-up and the timing belt replacement done at Basco. The experience was hassle-free and the shop rates were reasonable, (~$115). I had been accidentally booked for a statutory holiday but the appointment was honoured. Overall my impression of the service was very positive.
