My family and I have taken our vehicles to Basco several times and are always impressed with the high level of service and welcoming atmosphere. It is nice to find a mechanic service that I can 100% trust.

Vince is a true professional! In my experience, he spends most of his time fixing things that other people have mess up. I would highly recommend his shop.

Was looking for a side mirror that was around $100 in other places in Edmonton and would have to be ordered. Basco parts had it in stock for $36. The Service was great. Super happy. Will definitely come back if needed.

I was referred to Vince at Basco and decided to give him a try. I was told he knows his Volkswagens. He did not disappoint. He was very helpful and was even able to solve some problems costing me less that what other shops told me had to be done. I am very impressed and will return!!

Had a tune-up and the timing belt replacement done at Basco. The experience was hassle-free and the shop rates were reasonable, (~$115). I had been accidentally booked for a statutory holiday but the appointment was honoured. Overall my impression of the service was very positive.
