I spent over two thousand dollars to fix my ABS break issue at two different shops and one shop charged me over thousand dollars and ripped off couple screw heads near breaks and told me it’s safe to drive even with the problem. The other shop told me it’s the break sensors that are gone bad and not worth the repair and asked me to get rid of it. Incidentally, I met the wife of this shop owner and got his name card and went there for another opinion. After his diagnosis and he explained to me what’s mostly the reason of the time problem and order the part for me, only costed me about 500$ and the problem is gone now. I am extremely happy with this shop and his professionalism as well as technical skills amazed me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs his vehicles repaired with full confidence.

This is an excellent autoMobile maintenance and repair shop. Tiger and his knowledgeable and skillful staff are always friendly and complete the work on my vehicle in a timely fashion. On a number of occasions they have allowed me to bring in my vehicle within short notice. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The best car service I can recommend in Edmonton. Yang is very kind and knowledgeable. I had concerns keeping my out of warranty Mercedes SUV due to the high maintenance cost from the dealer shop. Once they service my car, they request me to take my car for a ride and pay only if I am satisfied – what a noble gesture. As compared to other garages in Edmonton, I noticed their rates are reasonable. Furthermore when I sold my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, I got a fair price for my car, and when I purchased 1997 Toyota RAV4, I paid a reasonable price. In my opinion, there are a few automotive businesses that will give you the humble and correct advice. I will let readers decide if Basco Auto meets ethical standards or not? I bought an older vehicle for my daughter and broght it in to tiger (based on a recommendation) to get it inspected. He gave me a list of all the items requiring fixing and prioritized them so that we only had to fix the immediate items. I felt the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that I decided to get completed.

I have been taking my 2008 KIA RIO 5 to Basco Motors for a number of years. They have always been very professional and done an excellent job of working on my car. They do a wonderful job of explaining the work that needs to be done and really care that I am satisfied with the work they have done. I plan to be taking my car to Tiger for many years to come.
