Hello, Dear google user, My name is Mohammed. I am an engineer by education, and I love working on my car in my free time. I try to fix most issues myself, and when I can’t, I take my vehicle to Basco Auto. There are several reasons why I keep going back to Basco again and again. I will share the summary of my experiences with you, and let you decide for yourselves if Basco Auto is the right place for you or not? So far, I reached out to Basco for selling a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, buying a 1997 Toyota RAV 4, and maintaining Suzuki SX4. I felt that the staff takes time to bring your attention to repairs that needs to be addressed right away, repairs that can wait, and potential issues to watch out for. Once they service my car, they request me to take my car for a ride and pay only if I am satisfied – what a noble gesture. As compared to other garages in Edmonton, I noticed their rates are reasonable. Furthermore when I sold my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, I got a fair price for my car, and when I purchased 1997 Toyota RAV4, I paid a reasonable price. In my opinion, there are a few automotive businesses that will give you the humble and correct advice. I will let readers decide if Basco Auto meets ethical standards or not? I rarely write reviews, and If I do its not easy for the business to earn my respect and trust. I chose to give five-stars to Basco because I firmly believe they are not only professional, but they are honest and humble people.
Thank you so much, Mohammed, for the positive feedback. We truly appreciate your time for sharing the good news about our shop and look forward to seeing you next time
