Tiger (owner) and Adrian (service manager) are a dynamic duo. If you have a question, they have the answer. If they don't know for sure, they'll get the answer for you and call you back. Plus, they explore alternative methods when repairs are needed -' it isn't an automatic 'you need a new part'. Having a VW and being a senior, they have had my back and my wallet in mind at all times. Vicky (my VW) and I feel very privileged to have these two knowledgeable and ethical gentlemen on my team.

I've been back 3 times since the original review, and every time, I've been out on the same day. As long as Tiger can get parts for your vehicle, you will be done same-day! It took me 9 years to find a shop like this and I don't think I'll bring my vehicles anywhere else.
