I took my 08 Toyota Sienna to Basco after getting less than satisfactory service from another mechanic shop. Tiger was very patient and took the time to diagnose my van. He found a major problem that the previous mechanic failed to notice, and showed me what needed to be done. He gave me straight forward answers for the parts and labour needed to fix my van and other areas that would affect the drivability in the near future. The price was fair considering what was needed to fix it. There were no surprises. I went with his suggestion of using quality parts for my vehicle and don't regret it.
