I took my 08 Toyota Sienna to Basco after getting less than satisfactory service from another mechanic shop. Tiger was very patient and took the time to diagnose my van. He found a major problem that the previous mechanic failed to notice, and showed me what needed to be done. He gave me straight forward answers for the parts and labour needed to fix my van and other areas that would affect the drivability in the near future. The price was fair considering what was needed to fix it. There were no surprises. I went with his suggestion of using quality parts for my vehicle and don't regret it. With Basco the difference in service and quality of repair was felt immediately when I was driving home. Everything was very smooth! Thank you Tiger! I highly recommend Basco to everyone!

Tiger only does the work that needs to be done and advises what should be done at a future date. He also only sources the parts that are needed which may save unnecessary expenses. I trust him to be open about my repair options.

Basco Auto did a complete fluid change on my RX350. Something the Lexus dealership quoted me $2,000 to do. Basco did it for just under $609, it was done right and Tiger was very nice to deal with. Thanks for doing it right the first time Leagh
