I brought my 2005 Jetta TDI to Basco after having a frustrating experience trying to find knowledgeable work for my car with a problem that could not be solved otherwise elsewhere. Tiger was helpful, and patient, and professional. He went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing my problem to let me know of worn out components elsewhere on the vehicle that needed replacement sooner rather than later that other places didn’t even bother to mention or notice. One of the parts are still under warranty so I will be getting this fixed elsewhere but after that going forward I will be more than happy to use Basco for my VW needs.

Needed to have my A/C fixed the day before our trip, Basco Auto accomodated me right away after I called. Pretty much had it fixed and back to blowing cold air within an hour after I made the call. Tiger Yang knows his stuffs and definitely dont mind explaining what i need to do to avoid the same problem in the future. Awesome and super friendly service!
