We needed a new motor for our 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. Why that happened on a regularly maintained car only Subaru knows. Bringing the car to Tiger was the best decision we made. I stopped by here after damaging my vehicle on a large pothole. It was at the end of the day and Tiger was clearly very busy. Tiger could see that the problem with my car was urgent and he was willing to drop what he was doing and give me a hand. While he had my car he kept me informed as to progress, showed me the damage parts, and provided accurate/fair quotes before he started the work. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to people in the future. Not only are the shop rates completely fair, but Tiger clearly cares about his business and the customers he serves.
