Basco found a problem I wasn't aware of — although in hindsight I should have been — and fixed it at reasonable cost. Impressively they even correctly re-set my Mini Cooper's computer after seasonal tire/wheel change. Easy, you'd think, but two other independents and even a Mini dealer fell short in that regard.

My car broke down on the highway, and Tiger over at Badco auto was fast and efficient, he called me the same day the car arrived and gave me the diagnosis. He then called me first thing the next morning with a quote on parts and labour, and had my car fixed and ready to go with in 72 hours of arriving at his shop. I will definitely be taking my car to him for regular maintenance and repairs, I live in Sylvan Lake and it is worth the 2 hour drive.

Awesome service at Basco! Tiger genuinely wants to take care of your vehicle for you. I really like that he wants you to understand what he's doing and why, even taking your into the back of the shop to show you the issues with your vehicle. Tiger went above and beyond with diagnosing and repairing my 2008 Forester, which was in really rough shape: replaced all 4 struts, rear axle seal (leaking, but he caught it), timing belt, and did an engine tune up where he worked some magic and it now runs smoother than I thought was possible. He definitely knows the Subaru engine. Really fair prices, it was a big bill for me and Tiger went out of his way to minimize the costs on parts and even labour. I couldn't be happier with the shape my vehicle is in after taking it here.
